The second revised and completed edition of the book includes previously inaccessible information about submarine devices and naval tugboats. Brief information on recent historical findings in diving practice and hydronautics, as well as on all the unmanned submarine equipment ever used by the Russians. The book is designed for broad sections of the readers interested in diving practice, hydronautics, divingship and history of Russian submersible techniques.

Prospects of reconstruction and development of fish farming under conditions of fish cultivation in ponds and lakes are specified. Reserves for extension of aquaculture trends, including mariculture in the Black Sea coastal zone, are outlined.
