Аннотация: Исследованы две популяции (азовская, черноморская) русского осетра с помощью PCR-идентификации метода, дифференцирующего "baerii-like" и типичный "gueldenstaedti" митотипы. Показано, что "baerii-like" маркер отсутствует в черноморской популяции и его частота, различаясь в разных поколениях азовской популяции, составляет в настоящее время 1,8 %. Обсуждаются возможные причины выявленных межпопуляционных различий./Two populations of Russian sturgeon (Azov and Black Sea) were studied with the help of PCR-identification method which differentiates between "baerii-like" and typical "gueldenstaedti" mitotypes. The "baerii-like" marker is shown to be lacking in the Black Sea population, while in different Azov Sea populations it amounts now to 1.8%. Possible reasons of the revealed inter-population differences are discussed.
