Аннотация: В Азовском море существует избыток бентоса и мелких рыб. Недоиспользованные запасы кормовых животных - бентоса и мелких рыб - позволяют увеличить численность ценных бентофагов и хищников в Азовском море как за счет воспроизводства местных видов, так и за счет вселенцев./The abundance and biomass of the Azov Sea fishes have been determined and their food requirements in 1959 have been assessed. It is found that demersal invertebrates and small-sized fish are not used in a full scope. Thus the productivity of valuable fish (benthos-eating fish and predators) may increase in the Azov Sea on the account of reproduction of local forms and introduction of some new species.
